DBV – Intensive Workout for Torso and Joint Stability

This stabilization program was developed in cooperation with Dr. Bodo Kretschmann.

The instructional videos can be found below. The ascending difficulty levels are indicated by colour; blue, red, then black. The first video is an introduction to the training program. The last video shows a cooldown you can apply to each workout.
